After we work together, You'll have a clearer understanding of your movement between joints, your movement of breath, and the science of guided- rest. This understanding will reinforce ease and control over the symptoms of pain and trauma in your body. Trauma will no longer lead you, you'll be able to express who you are and choose the direction of your life with confidence and clarity. We will accomplish this through a series of weeks together where we check-in, assess, and explore.

An overview of what a session looks like:

We will check-in with your body diagram (What I call the “mini-mirror”) each time we meet to see how different areas are doing and what you may be noticing - or not noticing - as we consider your overall goal. From here, we will assess what healing tools may be best for that day while keeping our main goal in mind. Some sessions may have a few small movements in them, while others may have more stillness or breathwork. This will depend on progress and context.

  • 1:1 Yoga Therapy 6- Week Series

    This package includes:

     A no-cost, no-obligation half-hour consultation call via Zoom. Sessions will be on Zoom, unless otherwise agreed upon.

    Emailed session summaries. These will include physical/mental explorations to consider from one session to another. Some examples are: tailored breath exercises, arm-to-shoulder movements, or a guided-rest recording tailored to your situation.

    Relevant resources throughout our time that support your goal(s) and healing process such as articles, recordings, book recommendations, etc.

    Open lines of communication via email; I will check-in between sessions and if you have questions or “aha” moments, we can discuss them before a subsequent session.
